After logging on to the dashboard look for the Sub-menu (marked in blue). Within the Sub-menu, search for the Desks icon (highlighted in orange and showing a tooltip). When clicked on the ‘Desks’ icon in the Sub-menu it will land on the ‘Overview’ tab in the dashboard.

Overview tab:

All floors: Select a particular floor from this dropdown.

Total Desks: Shows the number of occupied desks and the total number of desks from all the floors combined.

Floor: Shows the number of occupied desks and the total number of desks from a particular floor.

Occupancy Average: This shows a graphical representation of the previous day, weekly, and monthly occupancy average of all the floors and individual floor averages if a floor has been selected from the dropdown list.

Average Week Utilization (Last 7 Days): Provides a visual representation of the Desk occupancy over a week.

The x-axis represents the day of the week.
The y-axis represents the occupancy.

Peak Occupancy: Provides details on peak occupancy on a particular day for a particular floor.
Least Busiest Day: Provides details on minimum desks occupied on a particular day.
Most Busiest Day: Provides details on maximum desks occupied on a particular day.

Desks Status: Provides a linear graph with details showing Fixed, Bookable, and Out of Service.

Floor view tab:
Displays a floor plan depicting the available desks (shown as green dots) on a particular floor. There is a dropdown list to select the floor and zone/s on that particular floor.
