Occupancy refers to the usage of workspaces by employees in an office at any given point in time. It is useful for planning and management of space.

Occupancy is measured by using sensors at various points for example: Entry/Exit points, Desks, Meeting rooms, and Washrooms. Occupancy is also used for office attendance.

Occupancy can be accessed by clicking on the ‘detailed view’ button on the card (marked in green) on the dashboard.

Occupancy can also be accessed by clicking on the icon (marked in blue and showing tooltip) in the sub-menu on the dashboard.

The ‘Overview’ area will showcase the following information:

  1. All floors: Consolidated data of—Occupancy of all the floors, People entered the office on that particular day, and People exited the office on that particular day.
  2. Floor-by-floor occupancy information in numeric format as well as a graph.
    The x-axis represents the time of the day.
    The y-axis represents the number of people on that particular floor.
  3. Report: You can download information for a Day, Week, or Month.
