Nhance’s Desk Booking system allows reserving your desks, for that day, using our ‘Nhance Twin’ app available on the Play Store and App Store.

After logging in to the NhanceTwin app, you will land on the home screen. Then you will see the Book a Desk button in the Apps section below. (marked in green, in the image below)

Selecting the ‘Book a Desk’ (marked in green, in the image below) button presents you with the following screen:

This screen will give information about the ‘Next booking’ along with the ‘Booking history’  section, if any prior bookings have been made, on top of the screen. The ‘Next booking’ refers to your upcoming (immediate) booking, which is shown in a ticket format that allows you to check in as well as delete it.

There are Booking History and Future Bookings tabs which will provide you with previous and future bookings.

Clicking on the ‘Book a Desk’ button presents you with the following screen:

Here you select the building, date, and slot (allows selecting between two halves or the whole day). 
Once the slot is selected, you will be presented with the option Select Zone

Note: Booking desks for a specific time-period is not allowed.

In the ‘Select Zone’ you will be shown the available zones and desks. Select the required zone and click on the ‘CHOOSE DESK’ button. 

Clicking on the CHOOSE DESK button presents you with the following screen:

Enter the desk number in the field or select from the map below (green dots given on the floor plan).
Once you select the desk number you will be presented with a confirmation screen.

After you confirm your booking by clicking on the ‘CONFIRM BOOKING’ you will be presented with a thank you screen.

Note: Switching desks is not allowed once confirmed.

Once a desk has been successfully booked, the booked desk can now be checked into by selecting the ‘Check In’ option in the ‘Next Booking’

Note: The booking cannot be cancelled once checked in.
