Login to the dashboard and click the ‘Device Management ’ icon (marked in green) in the main menu. After clicking on the icon you will be presented with the ‘Device Status’ screen.

Click on the ‘Device Status’ (marked in blue) tab and it will show the following information:

  1. Sensor ID: Displays the ID of the installed device
  2. Sensor: Displays the type of sensor
  3. Vendor: Displays the vendor name
  4. Feature: Displays the type of sensor for example: Occupancy sensor
  5. Floor: Displays the area or the floor on which the sensor is installed
  6. Status: Shows whether the sensor is ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’
  7. Displays the last updated date and time
  8. A filter is also provided for easy sorting of information
  9. Data can be exported as .csv file

Clicking on the ‘Area Status’ (marked in green) tab will show you the following screen:

This will show the following information:

  1. Floor: Displays the floor number
  2. Area type: Shows the type of area i.e., Meeting rooms, Desks etc.
  3. Status: Shows whether the sensor is ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’
  4. Displays the last updated date and time
  5. Area-level search is provided to sort the data
