Attendance allows you to mark your attendance, view the days you have been present, whether you are on leave or absent, and display the holiday list. Attendance can be accessed from the dashboard by clicking the ‘App Drawer’ and then clicking on the ‘Attendance’ button (marked in green). See the image below.

When you click the ‘Attendance’ button you will be presented with the following screen (first screen on the left). The screen on the right side displays the current month in the calendar when you pull down the window, and it will display details of the days you have been present, whether you are on leave or absent and official holidays. The dates are marked in colour according to the legend given below for easy reference. You will see the current date both in the calendar above and below. The ‘Check in’ button is provided for marking attendance. Also, you can view the holidays for the whole year by clicking on the ‘View Holidays’ button at the bottom of the screen.

When you click on the ‘View Holidays’ button, you will be presented with the following screen. See the image below. The page displays all the official holidays allocated by the company in that particular year and upcoming holidays are shown in bold letters. 

When you click on ‘Check in’ button you will be presented with the following screen (first screen on the left). Click on the relevant button you want to check in from and you will presented with a confirmation pop-up. Thank you message will be presented after you click on the ‘Yes’ button and the attendance is marked for that particular day.

When you want to rectify the issue of check in or check out time you have to click on the ‘Regularise’ button (see the image below).  After clicking on the ‘Regularise’ button, a pop-up will appear and you need to enter the correct start and end time along with the reason for the change and click on the ‘Update’ button.

If you are not able to check in due to various reasons, you can mark your attendance by clicking on that particular date first and then clicking on then click on the ‘Mark Attendance’ button. You will be presented with the options of Office, Home, and Others and you can select the relevant one. But, when you select the ‘Others’ option you are presented with the screen (first screen from the right side). Click on the Client Visit, Business Travel and Other from the provided drop-down menu, enter your comments in the provided and then click on the ‘Mark Attendance’ button to update your attendance.

To check out, click on the ‘Check out’ button and you will be presented with the confirmation prompt. Click ‘Yes’ and it will be marked as the end of the day in the attendance.
