Nhance’s ‘Nhance Twin’ app is available on the Play Store and App Store.
Employee App will help you book desks and meeting rooms, raise fault report/s, provide feedback, vote in polls, write posts, create and manage communities, invite visitors etc.
Download the app from the Play Store. The app is compatible with Android 11 and above. See the screenshots given below.
Download the app from the APP Store. The app is compatible with IOS 13 and above. See the screenshots given below.
Log in:
Open the App and you will see the ‘Sign in’ screen. Enter your email ID to log in (company email ID). If you have a problem signing in, click ‘Can’t access your account?’ to get help by writing a mail. See the screenshots below.
Enter your email ID and click ‘Next’ to log in. See the screenshots below.
Once you enter your password you will be asked to enable biometric authentication. If you click on ‘Yes’ then a popup will appear and you have to give your fingerprint and then it will take you to the home screen of the app. If you click on ‘Nah, later’ you will be presented with the ‘Please Enter Pin’ screen. Enter the pin and then it will take you to the home screen.
To reset a PIN, click on ‘Reset PIN?’ given at the bottom of the ‘Please Enter Pin’ screen and you will be presented with the following screens.
Enter the PIN and then re-enter the same PIN again to confirm the PIN. You will then be redirected to the ‘Verify the OTP’ screen and the OTP will be sent to your registered mail ID. Enter the OTP in the given boxes to submit.
Note:
1. The biometrics i.e., fingerprint or face ID should have already been enabled on your device. Also, you have to give your fingerprint to unlock.
2. If the biometrics are not enabled on your device then you will be presented with the pattern or passcode screen.
After entering the username and password you will be presented with the pop-up screen, ‘Would you like to enable biometrics?’. See the screenshot below.
If you say ‘Yes’ It will take you to the settings screen to enable the Biometrics slider. See the screenshot below.
If you say ‘NAH LATER’ It will take you to the home screen.
Home screen:
When you land on the home screen you will see the below screen
The Home screen displays the following information:
1. Tenant logo on the left top side
2. Hamburger Menu: Displays the Profile picture, Name, Building Name, and Designation information. Also, the Home, My Assets, Settings and Logout buttons.
3. Profile Card Icon: This icon is placed next to the name and designation. On clicking the icon, it will open a pop-up window which displays the Profile picture, Name, Mail ID, QR code—on scanning it will display the details of that person and the tenant logo.
4. Updates for today: Displays the scheduled meetings, desk bookings, fault reports for that particular day
5. Posts: Displays the posts uploaded by the team. You can comment, like, and report a post written by others if there are any issues. Also, you can edit or delete your post.
6. Polls: Displays the polls uploaded by the team and who voted for that particular poll. You can comment, like, and report a post written by others if there are any issues.
7. Manage Visitors: This allows you to invite visitors outside of your organisation for ex: people will from other organisations, vendors who provide hardware and software services, Stationery, Courier services, Maintenance service providers etc..
8. Feedback: This feature allows you to provide feedback on a particular asset in a particular area within the organisation. Also, it allows the people outside of your organisation to submit feedback on a particular asset or service when they visit your organisation.
9. Footer Menu: Apart from the home screen it allows you to access the App drawer, Home screen and Area code scanner.
Footer Menu:
1. App Drawer: Displays microservices like Book a Desk, Book Meeting Rooms, Manage Visitors, Report Fault, Communities and Feedback.
2. Area code scanner: Allows you to scan the QR code of a particular area in the office and raise a fault report of any asset.
3. Communities: Allows to create and manage a community of people who share the same interests and hobbies.
4. Profile: Displays Name, Company name, Phone number, Email address, Birthday date and description of that particular person. Also, provides access to posts and polls at the bottom of the page.
