The ‘Nhance Twin’ app allows us to create and manage polls for any quiz or contest and allows the team to participate in it. The app is available on the Play Store and App Store.
You will land on the home screen after logging in to the NhanceTwin app. You will see the ‘Polls’ tab on the Home screen (marked green on the left image below).
A ‘Poll’ consists of the following:
- Name, Designation and Profile picture of the picture
- Displays the ‘End date’ and ‘Time’ of the poll
- Shows the current status of the poll i.e., whether it is still active or ended
- Allows multiple choice options for a poll (marked in green on the right side image above). Also, it allows you to select whichever option is required.
Clicking on the profile pic will open the profile details as given below:
The Profile window displays the profile picture, name, designation, phone number, email address, birthday, and person’s description.
To people who voted for the poll will be shown briefly as shown in the screenshot below.
To view the votes of any poll, click on the ‘View Votes’ and you will see the following screens:
The screenshots mentioned above show the following details:
- Question or the subject of the poll
- Total number of members who have voted
- Individual name of the person who voted
To create a poll, click the ‘+’ button (marked in green).
When you click on the ‘+’ button, you will be presented with the following screen (continuous screen cut into two pieces):
The form consists of the following:
- Question: Add your question here or the subject
- Options: Add your options. A new option appears after you enter option 2 in the form. Delete the unwanted option by clicking ‘x’ given on the right side of each option
- Select poll end time: This allows you to select the end date and time. Also, when you enable ‘Scheduled Poll’ you will be presented with the option of selecting a starting and ending date and time (marked in green in the image above)
- Click ‘Submit’ to enable the poll
To delete a ‘Poll’, click on the 3 horizontal dots (marked in blue) given next to each ‘Poll’ (see image). Hit ‘Delete’ (marked in green) and you will be presented with a confirmation pop-up. Click ‘Yes’ to delete the poll.
