After logging on to the dashboard look for the Sub-menu (marked in blue). Within the Sub-menu, search for the Meeting Rooms icon (highlighted in orange and showing a tooltip). When clicked on the ‘Meeting Rooms’ icon in the Sub-menu it will land on the ‘Overview’ tab in the dashboard.
Alternatively, the ‘Meeting Rooms’ detailed page can be accessed by clicking on the ‘detailed view’ button on its respective component/card.
Overview tab:
All floors: Select a particular floor from this dropdown.
Gives you information on
1. Meeting Rooms: Total number of rooms available on all the floors
2. People Occupied: Total number of people who have occupied the rooms
3. Booked Today: Shows only a particular day’s occupancy
4. Utilised Today: Total number of hours utilised during that particular day
5. Utilised this week: Total number of hours utilised during that particular week
Meeting room occupancy: This section provides information floorwise.
1. Meeting room occupancy i.e., if there are multiple rooms on that particular floor, it will display the data one below the other.
2. Chart Data: A visual representation of floorwise room occupancy for that particular day.
The x-axis represents the time of the day.
The y-axis represents the number of attendees.
3. Click on the Air Quality Index parameters dropdown to see the Humidity, Temperature ..etc for each room.
4. There is an option for Report generation also.
Floor view tab: Gives you a view of the floor plan of a particular floor.
